Unlock the door to greater independence and a healthier life! Silver Sneakers is designed exclusively for older adults and others who want to improve their strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. Current YMCA Members and Silver Sneakers Members can enjoy all of our YMCA Classes for free! Punch cards for non-members are also available. 

Silver Sneakers Classic Class- Beginner Class
Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:10-11:00am and 11:10am-Noon

Focus on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life and activities. Participants use hand-held weights, elastic tubing and Silver Sneaker ball. A chair is used for seated exercise and standing support.

Silver Sneakers Boom Move-Advanced Class
Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:10-10:00am

Higher intensity dance workout class that improves cardio endurance and burns calories. “Move” is all about breaking a sweat and having fun. Starts with simple dance moves then builds into more complex sequences, bringing you a great cardio workout.

Silver Sneakers Splash-Beginner Class
Fridays 9:00-9:45am

A fun, shallow-water exercise class that uses a signature splash-board to increase movement and intensity options. “Splash” is suitable for all skill levels and is safe for non-swimmers. The pool provides many benefits when used for aerobic exercise and resistance training.

Silver Sneakers Boom Muscle-Advanced Class
Fridays 9:30-10:15am

“Muscle” incorporates athletic-based exercises that improves upper and lower body conditioning. You’ll move through several “blocks”, which are groups of exercise that focus on different muscle groups for toning and strength. Low impact warm up, use of hand weights and other fitness equipment.
