Zumba is a fitness program designed around energetic Latin rhythms that uses a variety of movements and fast-paced dance steps in a fun workout format. Participants of all fitness levels and abilities can join un the fun and tailor their workout from low impact, low intensity dance to high energy cardio routines. Any given song utilizes one of the styles: meringue, salsa, reggaeton and cumbia dance moves; repeating four or five steps throughout the routine. Benefits include cardiovascular fitness, increased bone density, improved balance and muscle tone. Come join the Muscatine’s certified instructors for the new fitness craze & FUN, FUN, FUN!
