This class is designed for new or returning exercisers who would like the guidance of an instructor to lead them through their workouts primarily in the Y’s exercise area. Participants will learn to use Y cardio equipment and STRIVE weight equipment. Endurance and strength will be increased gradually for an individual program with the expertise of an instructor and group support to make exercise fun and doable! Class meets twice per week.
