Boot Camp Demo Classes.  This advanced Boot Camp fitness class, in the "spirit" of military or sports training; will be an extreme challenge in a circuit format which may include:  running & sprints, plyometrics, jumping, calisthenics, and strength training.  All outdoors,  weather permitting.  Try one of these Demo classes prior to registering for classes!
