This advanced boot camp fitness class in the “spirit of” military or sports training, will be an extreme challenge in a circuit format which may include: running & sprints, pliometrics, jumping, calisthenics, and strength training. Space is limited—must pre-register. The class IS NOT for beginning exercisers. Boot Camp will meet outside in spring sessions when weather permits. Participants receive a t-shirt after their first 4-week session.
