Adult Swimming Lessons PDF Print E-mail


Private swim lessons are available for adults, at any ability level. Participants get a one on one lesson with a qualified instructor. Private lessons are 30 minutes, one time per week, and are scheduled based on the availability of instructors. Please contact Jocelyn to request private lessons. 
 
ASL Intermediate PDF Print E-mail

This class is for adults (18 years or older) who have a limited swimming ability, but are mostly comfortable in the water.  Focus will be on multiple strokes, rotary breathing, and proper swimming technique.
