Youth Indoor Cycling

Join the Y Teen Staff for a ride complete with fun music, high energy and a great workout!  This indoor cycling class is for all fitness levels, you will set your weekly goals for distance, speed and intensity.  Indoor Cycling, where no one is left behind!  For youth in 5th-9th grades.
