Looking for a positive, age-appropriate introduction to a variety of sports? This is it! Sports will include Soccer, Football, Hockey, Track & Field, Basketball and more in a fun learning environment. We will play highly active running games that promote cardiovascular activity. The program will help children enjoy exercise and see which sports they enjoy the most. We will build confidence and social skills to help prepare youth for participation in more formal sports programs. Class is available to 3-4 year olds, youth entering Kindergarten-2nd grades, as well as youth entering 3rd-6th grades. Classes meet 2 days each week.
