Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga classes teach the basic principles of breathing & body alignment through a series of poses that promotes strength, balance, flexibility, and aids in relaxation & stress reduction. 

Hatha I  is a good place for beginners to start
Hatha II will continue a progression of poses and skills

Do you have a hard time getting up and down from the floor?  Then try Senior/Chair Yoga.
