Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga classes teach the basic principles of breathing & body alignment through a series of poses that promotes strength, balance, flexibility, and aids in relaxation & stress reduction. 

All-level Yoga is for anyone who wants to practice basic to more advanced poses.
Beginner Yoga is for anyone who is new to Yoga, or who wants to return to basics.

Do you have a hard time getting up and down from the floor?  Then try Senior/Chair Yoga.

Nonmember: $10 per class or 6-class Yoga Punch Card for $60
