Cardio Fusion- NEW!

Cardio and body sculpting moves will leave you feeling stronger. This total strengthening workout mixes cardio (to burn calories) and strength exercises (to define core muscles).  Class includes 25 minutes of cardio (high/low impact & kickboxing), 20 minutes of strengthening, and 5 minutes of stretching.  All fitness levels are welcome, and great tunes will keep you moving and motivated!
