T'ai Chi PDF Print E-mail

T’ai Chi is the most widely practiced form of exercise and meditation in the world.  The flowing movements offer many health benefits including relaxation, body/mind awareness, improved balance and flexibility.  This Yang style of T’ai Chi, is similar to the short form taught by Cheng Man Ching.  Beginners are always welcome.
