Mat and Standing Pilates PDF Print E-mail

This class combines classic core-strengthening Pilates movements on the mat and variations done while standing. Standing Pilates uses your own body weight to help achieve faster, longer-lasting results. Hand weights are also incorporated for full body strengthening and toning.   No Pre-registration required.  Just come in and join us!
