The Muscatine Community Y Child Care Services encompasses four major child care programs: Day Care Center for children ages infant to five years; Kids Club for elementary school age children offering after-school care and all-day summer care; Participant Child Care for parents using the Y and the TAPS program at Muscatine High School.
Our goal is to offer affordable child care programs that provide a nurturing, consistent and safe environment for children. Most of our programs are state-licensed and all are designed to promote learning and growth through play, discovery and engagement
