The Muscatine Community Y Character Development program offers a wide variety of programs designed to serve youth in our community. We offer programs specifically for Middle School Students, such as our after-school and summer programs and also our leadership development groups.  We provide social and skill building recreation programs for 1st through 8th grade students, including soccer and basketball.  More information on these recreation programs can be found on this website under the Youth Sports heading.  Each of our Character Development programs fosters our core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility and our main goal is to serve youth through programs that promote healthy spirit, mind and body.
